GridWeave is developing a modular renewable energy generation and storage project on a secured 150-acre campus in Waterloo, Ontario. The birthplace of BlackBerry, home to Google, Oracle, tech pioneers, innovators, and industry giants. We are aiming to raise $3.5–5 million to engineer, connect, build and validate the first commercial node of a scalable mesh energy infrastructure network in Canada.

Charles is a Canadian founder-operator building asset-backed businesses across infrastructure, applied technology and real-world operations. He brings direct experience in company formation, growth, partnership development and investor communication.

His prior work as an innovator has received recognition from Forbes, Inc. Magazine and Yahoo! Finance, and he has been awarded multiple patents over the past decade. He has lectured on the future intersection of science, technology and human-centric initiatives at the Museum of Science and Industry in Chicago, and endeavours to build a shared future with like-minded individuals and teams.

At GridWeave, Charles is responsible for the Baden campus development thesis, strategic relationships, and assembling the specialist delivery team required to move the first node from concept to operation.
